Shipping & Delivery Policy

Double B Beef ships USDA-inspected beef raised on our ranch from Southern Idaho. Everything we sell is perishable and ships frozen. Please read how shipping works before you order.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (lower 48). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or outside the United States. If your address cannot be selected at checkout, call us at (208) 851-1993 and we will see what we can do.
When boxes ship
Beef boxes and subscription boxes ship frozen every Tuesday. Orders placed before the weekly cutoff go out that Tuesday; orders after the cutoff ship the following Tuesday. You will receive tracking once your order is on its way. Holidays or severe weather can delay a shipment; we will let you know if that happens.
How we pack
Cuts are vacuum-sealed, labeled, and frozen. Orders ship in an insulated cooler with frozen gel packs, packed to arrive frozen. If a box does not arrive frozen, contact us and we will make it right.
Shipping costs
Bulk beef timing
A deposit holds your share. After you deposit, we confirm processing and delivery timing. Before delivery we send a final invoice for the remaining balance; your beef ships once that balance is paid. Package weights and cut counts are approximate and can vary by animal.
Subscriptions
Subscription boxes ship on the schedule you choose, on our regular Tuesday ship day. To skip, pause, or cancel, use Manage Subscription in your account. To stop the next charge, cancel at least 7 days before your billing date.
