How does shipping work?
Shipping is free on every box we ship west of the Mississippi River. East of the Mississippi, shipping is $20. Lower 48 states only. We ship every Tuesday. Boxes usually arrive Wednesday through Friday, depending on where you live.

What's in the box?
1 roast of your choice: pot roast, sirloin tip or rump (about 3.5 lb), 3.5 lb of beef short ribs, a NY strip 2-pack (about 1.4 lb), and 5 × 1 lb ground beef. That's about 13.4 lb of beef. Will it fit in my freezer?
About 13.4 lb of beef takes under half a cubic foot, roughly one shelf of a kitchen freezer.
How long does it keep frozen?
Per the USDA, beef kept frozen at 0°F stays safe indefinitely. For best quality, enjoy steaks and roasts within 4–12 months and ground beef within 3–4 months.
How do I thaw it?
Move a package to the fridge the night before. Give the roast and short ribs 1 to 2 days. In a hurry, put the sealed package in cold water and change the water every 30 minutes. Cook ground beef to 160°F, and cook steaks and roasts to at least 145°F, then rest 3 minutes (USDA).

It's raised on our ranch and processed at Oxford Packing, a USDA-inspected plant.
